Challenge:
A UK-based startup, Praiso, sought to develop a driving safety product but required assistance with validating the idea, creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and ensuring product-market fit.
Our Approach:
To address the challenge, we undertook a comprehensive approach. We began by understanding the startup's vision and the core idea behind the product. Our team conducted extensive market research, user & JTBD research, and competitive analysis, and examined potential user needs, their pains & desires, and market dynamics.
Solution:
Based on the insights gathered from the research, we identified various use cases for the product and recognized the potential for a B2B2C approach. With this understanding, we drafted a comprehensive Market Requirements Document (MRD) and a detailed Product Requirements Document (PRD). The MRD provided an overview of the market landscape and customer needs, while the PRD outlined the product features and functionalities required to meet those needs effectively.
We then created a product strategy, and product roadmap with prioritization and drafted meaningful user stories to enable the development of the features. We also assisted in creating wireframes and user interfaces for both the web and app platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
